Refund Policy

Important Notice

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Digital keys and gift cards cannot be returned once delivered. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

Lootkey sells digital products including game keys, gift cards, software licenses, and subscription codes. Once a digital key or code has been delivered to you (via email or displayed on our website), it is considered used and cannot be refunded.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that you forfeit your right to withdraw from the purchase once the product key has been revealed or delivered.

2. No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Digital game keys that have been delivered
  • Gift cards that have been revealed
  • Software licenses that have been provided
  • Subscription codes that have been delivered
  • Purchases made in error (wrong product, wrong platform, etc.)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with your system (please check requirements before purchase)
  • Regional restrictions (please verify your region before purchase)

3. Exceptions

We may consider a refund or replacement in the following limited circumstances:

  • Invalid Key: If the key provided is invalid and has never been used (verification required)
  • Duplicate Key: If you receive a key that has already been redeemed by another customer (not by you)
  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your key within 24 hours of purchase and we cannot resolve the issue

In these cases, you must contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue (screenshots, error messages, etc.).

4. Verification Process

If you believe you are eligible for an exception, we will conduct a verification process which may include:

  • Checking the key's activation status with the platform provider
  • Reviewing our delivery logs
  • Requesting screenshots or video evidence of the issue
  • Contacting the key supplier for verification

This process may take 3-7 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our exception criteria.

5. Before You Buy

To avoid issues, please ensure before purchasing:

  • You are purchasing the correct product and platform
  • Your system meets the minimum requirements for the product
  • The product is available in your region
  • You have the necessary accounts to redeem the key (Steam, PlayStation, etc.)
  • You understand the product is a digital key, not a physical item

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is considered a violation of our terms of service. We will contest all chargebacks and may take legal action for fraudulent chargeback claims. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it.
