I got charged but it said it failed

This is an authorization hold, not an actual charge. Your bank temporarily reserved the funds, but the payment was not completed on our end. The hold will automatically be released within 2-5 business days depending on your bank. We have no control over how long your bank takes to release it.

I got charged but didn't get a code

Your code was sent to the email you entered at checkout. Check your inbox and spam/junk folders for an email from us. Alternatively, create an account with the same email you used and your order will be waiting in the Orders section of your profile.

Why can't you take my card?

Our payment processor has fraud prevention rules that automatically evaluate each transaction. We cannot override the processor's decision. Try using a different card, disabling your VPN, or contacting your bank to authorize the transaction.
